The C.R.E.A.M of the crop (the highest salaries). If you’re looking to spend money on a Running Back we recommend:
The Patriots won’t attack the Colts with the power run game like they have in the past. In fact, I believe the Patriots will be massively successful attacking the Colts weak secondary by spreading them out. The addition of Dion Lewis will be a nightmare for Pagano and the Colts to gameplan against when you already have to figure out how to slow down Edelman and Gronk. As the rather large 54.5 over/under vegas total indicates, this game could turn into a shootout because the Patriots don’t necessarily have the best secondary either. You know who usually dominates in shootouts??? Tom Brady…. the Colts cannot stop anybody through the air and the Patriots have too many weapons to not embarrass the Indianapolis secondary. I would be shocked if Brady doesn’t go over 300 yards and have a multi TD day.

“Bull” is inspired by a Bull Market on Wall Street. If you’re looking for a high ceiling with a moderate salary:
The Bills run defense is so good that it funnels offenses to tend to throw the ball against them. Buffalo’s losses have come against teams that were able to spread them out and throw quick passes to avoid the vaunted pass rush and Rex blitzes. Andy Dalton has precisely the right recipe for the same success, and I would expect a similar gameplan as Patriots and Giants used to lead the Bengals to victory. This will include a high amount of passes, specifically quick throws (think Eifert). The Bills secondary is good, but they can only hope to slow down the multiple threats of Green, Eifert, Jones (underrated) and Bernard out of the backfield. As he has done all year, Dalton should be able to keep it on cruise control and behind his excellent pass blocking OL and take what the defense gives him.

If you’re looking for near minimum salary with the potential to out perform the Blue Chip market:
I don’t expect this to be a popular to pick, but if you analyze the Lions previous schedule this is a no brainer…..if you are looking for a cheap QB this week Stafford is a GREAT pick. Having already faced the Vikings, Broncos, Seahawks, and Cardinals defenses the Bears will look like a pee wee squad to the Lions offense. Those are arguably 4 of the top 5 defenses in the league so it’s no wonder the Lions offense is struggling. At home, with nothing to lose, look for both offensive coordinator Lombardi and Stafford to let it rip….the Bears secondary has been getting by against average talent but it’s time for Megatron to activate. Im expecting Stafford and the Lions to take out their frustrations of a BRUTAL schedule out on the a Bears teams who’ve pretty much had a cake walk so far. My confidence level is so high that Stafford is being considering to QB my cash game lineup this week.

“Bear” also draws inspiration from Wall Street. Stay away this week:
Game script may allow Rivers get some garbage time production, but I don’t anticipate a big game because the Packers defense is elite. GB secondary is playing as well as anyone right now and they aren’t allowing very many uncontested catches. The Chargers offense has faired ok the last two weeks, but that’s mostly due to playing horrible defenses in Cleveland and Pittsburgh. OL injuries have not allowed them to get anything going on the ground, and limited their pass game to quick passes…..the Packers will eat this up. I expect the Packers to establish a big lead and let big Lacy finally get going as he ices it away, keeping Rivers off the field and his DFS owners angry.
