Everyday we will post a Market Check, which is a summary of our research on a different position for the week.
This is not the end of our advice for the week. At the end of the week, we’ll make our picks at each position. Some of the picks will not be discussed in the Market Check.

BULL MARKET
Players we believe will out-perform their salary for the week. These guys will give you the most bang for your buck when you are building lineups.
3 weeks of ball tell us that the Raiders trust Carr to throw it around the yard. With 121 attempts, Raiders are 7th in pass attempts. This fits Carr perfect who is fearlessly slinging it to Amari and Crabtree on the outside. And surprisingly, According to Pro Football Focus the Raiders O-line ranks 2nd in pass blocking efficiency at 88 behind only the Falcons. Craziness. But all signs point to Carr getting plenty of opportunities against a very weak Bears secondary. Start him everywhere.
The Bills have the second fewest pass attempts in the league. Greg Roman has done a masterful job of creating an offense around Tyrod that maximizes his abilities. The game plan against the Giants will be no different, a billion different run plays to make the Giants load the box and then take advantage of 1 on 1 coverage for some long TD passes. This will again limit Tyrod’s exposure to turnovers and when you sprinkle in the designed rushing yards, you get a safe, cheap bet for a 15-20 point afternoon for the 2015 breakout QB.
The Shanahan/ Ryan marriage is better than advertised. Nobody is better in the NFL at game planning to evade the opposition’s strength. So this week Shanny will alleviate the Watt/Clowney threat, and help Ryan carve up the disappointing Texans secondary.
BEAR MARKET
Do I really need to tell you why….4 INT’s in the first half. One half, not whole game. I told you guys before the season started that Kap would struggle in the absence of OC Greg Roman (weird how Tyrod Taylor has burst on the scene…coincidence??) Anyway, Kap’s only shot to meet his value this week is lots of designed runs, which could be possible. Desperate times call for desperate measures. But I’m not betting on many throwing TD’s…..lots of better options at QB this week.
The Bills D feasted on the weak O-line of the Dolphins last week, it will do the same to the G men this week. The Giants cannot run the ball, which makes an already turnover prone Eli vunerable to have a multi pick game against the ball hawking Bills secondary. Fade.
First the threat of crappy weather is a bummer to any player in this game. High MPH winds scare me away from any QB or WR in this game. Second, the Washington Redskins want to run and control the clock. Through three games their defense leads the league in only playing 164 plays from scrimmage, meaning the Redskins are really good at keeping opposing offenses off the field. Fade Bradford again, but his day is coming…..
