The C.R.E.A.M of the crop (the highest salaries). If you’re looking to spend money on a QB we recommend:
Palmer has yet to be stopped this year, even on a “bad day” last week Carson Palmer still managed 421 yards and a TD
The Ravens can’t stop anybody through the air, but they fair ok vs the run. Football Outsiders ranks them 11th in this category.
This should slow down the improved Arizona’s run game just enough to allow Palmer to get the majority of offensive statistics through the air. Including in the redzone.
With a team total of 28.5, I expect the floor for Palmer to be 300 yards and 2 TD’s on the night.
At his still still reasonable salary of $6,700 on DraftKings it will be hard to move off one of the most consistent QB’s on the season in such a prime spot.

“Bull” is inspired by a Bull Market on Wall Street. If you’re looking for a high ceiling with a moderate salary:
The above video shows the Chargers first 3 play calls last week, you think they care about running the ball????
The Chargers 2078 passing yards is more than 200 yards above the next best team
Rivers was extremely impressive last week, against what I consider to be one of the best defenses and secondaries in the league.
Football Outsiders ranks the Chargers dead last in rush offense, but the 5th best pass offense.
The complete inability to run the ball has boosted Rivers stats and DFS floor each week. Utilized screens and quick passes to take place of the ground game has made Rivers a safe bet to throw for 300 every game
They face a defense that is ranked 23 against the pass and 7th against the run, so it should be another huge yardage game for Rivers
Derek Carr and the Raiders are a similar throw first offense, and has the ability to put up points. This has a good chance to turn into an outright shootout.
At 6,500, Rivers has a great matchup to triple his salary in points.

If you’re looking for near minimum salary with the potential to out perform the Blue Chip market:
Fitz is my penny stock because Belichick will focus his attention on stopping Ivory, and I believe they will succeed, which sets up perfect for Fitz.
We also have only seen the Jets truly trail in one game this year, in which Fitzpatrick threw 58 times, and this could be another spot where Fitz is asked to throw it 50+ times
We all know Fitz is capable of monster games, and Marshall + Decker present similar weapons to that record breaking performance
If game flow finds the Jets behind, Fitz and the talented Jets WR core will expose the Patriots secondary for a big day through the air.

“Bear” also draws inspiration from Wall Street. Stay away this week:
I made the amateur mistake of making Sam my cash game QB in some of my lineups, and after watching Sam play I vowed to never draft him again
His time as a starter is coming to end as soon as this week
The Giants secondary, which was already atrocious, was missing their best corner and he still couldn’t hit wide open WR’s, step up in the pocket, even throw the ball away with confidence.
I’m sure it’s a mixture of two knee surgeries, the Chip system, a weak OL, poor running game….but Sam is not right and there is absolutely no chance I draft him this week or in any weeks in the near future.
